Designed for busy people who need to manage their time along with their client relationships.  Allows you to keep detailed records of every customer contact, every project modification request, all the time you spend working on clients' projects and the expenses you incur.  At the same time, it organizes your files, reminds you of important deadlines, and mails out your marketing messages!  It's the virtual assistant that every Virtual Assistant needs!

An easy to use database interface that allows report generation, address labels, time-tracking, and management reports.

Integrates with Outlook, Word, and possibly Excel and QuickBooks (still in design phase).

Tracks your marketing and advertising efforts, showing which campaigns are working for you and which aren't, as well as the return you're getting on your marketing dollar.

Keeps track of mileage, meals, entertainment, travel expenses and relates them to specific customers or projects.

Written in Access and Visual Basic for Applications.

Includes completely customizable source code (full version only).

Software Simplified can also provide you with a customized version if you have specialized needs.

Licensing Options

We will be providing three versions of this software at different price points:

  1. A free shareware version that users can download from our site.  Access 2000 or 2002 will be required to run the software.
     
  2. A self-installing program that will work on any Windows 98 or higher PC.  MS Access NOT required (a huge savings compared to the $339 retail price for a new Access user license).
     
  3. A fully programmable Access .mdb file.  This version is geared toward power users who want to build on what we've created to add their own custom forms, reports and tables within the application.

A Beta Tester has a responsible role!  The job of a Beta Tester is to provide us with feedback about the product.  You should be prepared to report problems as you encounter them (and there will be problems - that's why we need to test!)

To effectively Beta Test, you MUST use the software on a regular basis for its intended purposes.

We will also send you questionnaires to find out what you like about the product, what you don't like, ideas for improvements, and so on.

Our goal is to provide the best products possible.  We need your help to do that!
